Chili!

Ingredients:


3lbs Ground Beef
4Tbls. Cumin, divided
Salt and Pepper 
3 cans Tomato Sauce
3 cans Diced Tomatoes
2 cans Red Kidney Beans, rinsed and drained
1/2C. Chili Powder
1/8 Crushed Red Pepper (more or less to taste)
1/2tsp. Cayenne Pepper (more or less to taste)
Sour Cream
Onions, diced
Shredded Cheddar

1. Brown ground beef in a frying pan with salt, pepper, and 2 TBLS of Cumin. 

2. While browning meat, in a small stock pot add tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, kidney beans, chili powder, crushed red pepper, cayenne pepper, and remaining 2Tbls. of cumin. 

3. Once meat is cooked through add to stock pot. Stir.

4. Cook on low for as long as you can, I usually cook this on low for at least 4 hours, but the longer the better. 

5. Serve with sour cream, diced onions, and shredded cheddar.

*Make a large batch, this freezes!
